Earn 5% revenue share* up to annual cap on attracted agents, up to $4,000 per referred agent per year for capping agents. 

Beginning with your tenth referred producing agent, unlock additional tiers of revenue sharing, up to 5 tiers.

 

 * Based on a non-discounted GCI and 85/15 split, not including fees. Agents must be active.

4A. AGENT STOCK PURCHASE

*All shares are Restricted Stock Units (RSUs) with a 12 month waiting period prior to trading on the public market. Agent must be in good standing to receive bonus.

4B. CAPPING & ATTRACTING STOCK AWARDS

When an agent directly attracts another agent to the company, and upon the attracted agent’s completion of the first transaction, the attracting agent will be granted stock according to the table. Both will have to remain in good standing throughout the vesting period. Once agent count is above 12,000, agents are awarded a set number of shares based on the closing price on the last trading day of the qualifying month.

All shares in this program are Restricted Stock Units (RSUs) and have a 3 year vesting period. Both agent (and referred agents for attraction awards) will have to remain in good standing with the company throughout the vesting period.

4B. ELITE AGENT STOCK AWARD

Agents who achieve exceptional sales volume and embody the core cultural values of Real are offered the opportunity to earn Elite Agent status. One of the following production benchmarks need to be met:

  • Pay the full annual cap AND generate $9k in post cap transaction fees OR

  • At least 10 completed transactions with a sold price over $1M each

Upon achievement of the production benchmark within an agent’s anniversary year, the Elite Agent will be awarded
$16,000 in stock. In addition, the transaction fee decreases to $100/transaction.

Once an Elite Agent reaches the production, they also become eligible for a cultural benchmark award of an additional
$8,000 in RSUs vesting. The cultural benchmark is defined as giving back to the entire agent population by teaching
monthly topics at the Real Academy.


All shares in this program are Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), and have a 3 year vesting period, vesting yearly based on RSU award date. The agent will have to remain in good standing with the company throughout the vesting period.
